Legolas Braid

That's right, the LoTR movie Legolas - sides are Lace Braids, back is a basic Herringbone.

Arwen Braid!

As in FotR.  It's just three herringbones, same as the back of Legolas.

Another Legolas braid

Loose 4-Strand Braid Loose 4-Strand Braid 5-Strand Dutch Braid with two accents

Loose French 3-strand Braid with one accent woven in.
Dutch High Classic with French braid below Dutch Classic Braid with 3-strand Dutch tail and three accents Wedding Braid - lace across the top, french across the back, pinned. So what can a braider do, really, when a cocky Frenchman says, "I'm safe - my hair is too short to braid"?
Dutch Zig Zag

(rather an odd variation of the classic)

French Diagonal Up the Back with ribbon and two accents Another Legolas braid
